Values (at a new level)

Many people find it difficult to relate to company values as these are often lofty visionary thoughts. Using LEGO^® bricks in different events, we focus on gaining a mutual understanding by means of exercises in communication. They include your visions and values and help you identify the challenges facing your company.

Building bridges
Create the connection between your employees and your values. You build using small elements to bridge the gap. It's all about cooperating, describing, reaching consensus and making a decision when you are pressed for time.

Chart your team course
Sometimes it is difficult to explain what you expect of your job and even more difficult to agree on expectations. In groups you are asked to build a ship and together you chart a course so that everyone in the group knows where you are now, where you are heading and how you will arrive.

Through the magnifying glass
You will see your values from a different perspective and thus play a greater part in them. While cooperating in a team, you are challenged to use your creativity and illustrate how you see the company.
It's all about being creative and working together.
